I don't understand him.
I read him writing to her, and he sounds actually sincere. Like he truly cares about her, and that her happiness is important to him. But if that's true, how can he so callously refuse to take responsibility for these seeds he's planting? If he's so sensitive of the girl's feelings, which he does appear to be, then surely ...
